If you have experience in micromachining and focus on semiconductor applications, we have a great opportunity for you. We are looking for an expert who will play a key role in the development and optimization of the laser micromachining process for semiconductor materials. This position requires a deep understanding of laser-material interactions and experience with advanced laser systems.

What’s going to fill your calendar:
- Process development: design, develop and optimize laser micromachining processes for semiconductor materials, including cutting, drilling and surface structuring.
- Equipment Operation: control and maintain advanced laser micromachining station systems, ensuring precise control of process parameters to achieve desired yields.
- Collaboration: working closely with interdisciplinary teams, including laser engineers. With other micromachining specialists, material scientists and semiconductor manufacturing engineers.
- Quality control: development and implementation of inspection protocols to assess the quality and accuracy of micromachining of semiconductor components.
- Research and Innovation: keeping abreast of the latest advances in laser micromachining and semiconductor manufacturing with the goal of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Documentation: maintaining detailed records of process parameters, experiments and standard operating procedures.
Your skills and technical capabilities are:
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in physics, materials science, electrical engineering or a related field with a focus on laser applications in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: understanding of laser-material interaction mechanisms and orientation in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and optimize processes to improve the outcome.
- Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present complex technical information (Czech + English).
