The HiLASE Centre is where the world of laser technology moves further and further. And now we’re looking for someone to join us to help not only with new projects, but also with our customers’ concerns and joys. As a Customer Support Specialist or Specialist, you will be the one who takes care of our external as well as internal customers. Can you solve problems while remaining calm, knowing that nothing is as hard as it seems at first glance? Add to that various administrative tasks, communicating with people from all over the world. What will fill your calendar:
- Customer Care: You will be the main point of contact for our customers, answering their questions and providing information about our products and services.
- Problem solving: identifying and effectively resolving customer requirements and issues, including escalating complex issues.
- Administrative support: coordinating internal processes, managing databases and supporting the team in preparing quotations and presentations.
- Communicating with customers around the world
How we picture you:
- Education:High school diploma; university degree in administration or business is an advantage.Skills:Excellent communication skills, organizational talent and multitasking ability.
- Experience:Previous experience in administrative support or customer service is welcome but not a requirement.
- Language skills: Communicative knowledge of English and advanced proficiency in MS Office.
