Representatives of the Japanese RIKEN institute visited HiLASE Centre on February 24, 2020. Professor Hidetoshi Kotera, Executive Director, and Soh Osuka, Manager, RIKEN Cluster for Science, discussed with the Head of the HiLASE Centre, Mr. Tomáš Mocek, and the Technology Transfer representatives, on the possibilities of using lasers and cooperation on the development of laser technologies. RIKEN is very inspiring for the future direction of HiLASE Centre.
