The HiLASE Centre as a part of the Institute of Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences, Czech Academy of Sciences, JOANNEUM RESEARCH, and the TU Graz University of Technology are proud partners in a new project called LaSPAM.
The main goal of the LaSPAM project is to study the effect of the Laser Shock Peening (LSP) as a post-processing technique on Additively Manufactured materials for aircraft applications.
The team of scientists will intensively work on fatigue life improvement and hydrogen embrittlement resistance improvement of Additively Manufactured materials for aircraft applications.
