This week an international conference ALT 19 (Advanced Laser Technologies) took place in hotel Olšanka in Prague. The ALT’19 aims to bring together presentations on fundamental as well as engineering aspects of innovative laser technologies along with their scientific and hi-tech industrial applications including smart laser processing for surface modification and functionalization, high-power & high-efficiency pulsed lasers operating in the kW regime, biomedical applications of lasers and laser-tissue interactions, etc. ALT’19 is an open forum for the discussion of technological bottlenecks, enabling concepts, original ideas, and networking.
The HiLASE Center is a proud co-organizer of the whole event and many researchers from the center presented their research at the conference, more details in the program.
