On the 14th and 15th of March 2024, a kick-off meeting for the RIANA (Research Infrastructure Access in Nanoscience & Nanotechnology) project launched at the beginning of the month took place.
The agenda consisted of two days of presentations and discussion on the topic of the six work packages the project consists of, as well as practical information for the institutions in attendance. The hybrid event took place at the facility of the main coordinator, German Electron Synchrotron DESY, which those present in person had the opportunity to see in more detail during a guided tour included in the programme.
Among the participants were the representatives of 69 institutions from 22 European countries participating in the project.
