In January 2014, the HiLASE laser center held its third workshop which took place in the Czech mountains called Krkonoše. An event organized by HiLASE and DPSSLasers projects allowed its participants to learn the last scientific results of research programs RP1, RP2 and RP3. Moreover, team leaders presented their plans for the future. The workshop was attended by more than 30 researchers, technicians and administrative staff. Diverse sport activities and team games contributed to improvement of our cooperation. As the number of our colleagues from abroad and the Czech Republic is increasing, the winter event that took place outside the work environment was once again a great opportunity to get to know each other across teams.
