Since 2016, we have celebrated the International Day of Women and Girls in Science. This day, established by the General Assembly of UNESCO on 11th February, aims to recognize the critical role that women and girls play in science. Thus, by this day we want to say how important it is that all talented people have access to science, no matter what their gender is.
