On Wednesday 8 September 2021, the Deputy Head of the Italian Embassy in the Czech Republic, Councillor Antonella Fontana, visited the Dolnobřežany laser centres. After the official welcome at the ELI Beamlines, a meeting with representatives of both laser centres followed, during which the representative was introduced to the activities of the centres, their scientific achievements to date and the possibilities of international cooperation.
The visit, which took place in a very friendly and positive atmosphere, was concluded by Mrs. Fontana with a tour of the HiLASE Centre laboratories, accompanied by the head of the centre, Tomáš Mocek.
