The HiLASE Centre offers external researchers the opportunity to use its cutting-edge research infrastructure free of charge. You can submit your application via the HiLASE Open Access Proposal Management System. Successful applicants are granted short-term free access to our state-of-the-art facilities, such as high-power nano- and picosecond lasers, characterization equipment and stations for laser applications (LIDT, Laser Shock Peening or Laser Micromachining).
Open Access is an ideal opportunity for both ongoing low repetition rate experiments that need to be verified on a high average power beam, and for new experiments requiring high average power lasers.
