On Tuesday the 23rd of April, HiLASE Centre welcomed the Singaporean Ambassador to the Czech Republic, Tan Soo Khoon, within his visit of the Central Bohemian Region, more specifically STAR (Science and Technology Advanced Region) facilities. He was accompanied by his wife, as well as Chloe Tan, representing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Singapore.
After an excursion of the clean laboratories of the Centre, HiLASIANS Lukáš Masopust (Head of Project Management) and Jana De Merlier (Grant Office Manager) introduced the activities and strategy of the HiLASE Centre and its role within the STAR region. Their presentations were accompanied by one from Daniele Margarone of ELI Beamlines.
