Jan Brajer, head of Industrial Laser Applications at the HiLASE Centre, will discuss how young ambitious Principal Investigators can contribute to the development of their research institutions within the November PI Forum. Alongside Iva Mozgová (Institute of Plant Molecular Biology, Czech Academy of Sciences), he will advise how to effectively collaborate with likeminded colleagues, or how to balance involvement in management structures with free time.
