Visit HiLASE Centre on the occasion of the International Day of Light 2025! We are preparing an exciting programme of lectures, excursions, interactive expositions or fun experiments.
The International Day of Light – IDL for short – is celebrating the anniversary of the day American researcher Theodore Harold Maiman introduced the very first laser, in 1960. At HiLASE Centre, we regularly commemorate this date by opening a door to the world of research for the public.

By bus l.333 from Kačerov (metro line C) or l.341 from Nádraží Modřany to the stop Dolní Břežany, obecní úřad.
By car – Za Radnicí 828, Dolní Břežany – parking on the square directly in front of the HiLASE Centre (subject to a parking fee).
